Starting from March 29, 2010 the largest Far Eastern airline “Vladivostok Avia” plans to launch a new international direct nonstop air service between Khabarovsk and Tokyo (Narita). For seven months, from March 29 to October 29 the flight XF829/830 will be in operation on the route Khabarovsk-Tokyo (Narita) – Khabarovsk. In addition, from March 31 to October 27 a regular flight Khabarovsk Niigata is scheduled to enter service weekly on Wednesdays (previous flights between Niigata and Khabarovsk on Fridays and Mondays will be suspended). Also from March 28 a regular air connection is expected to be opened on the route Vladivostok-Tokyo (Narita) – Vladivostok on Sundays and Thursdays. Air transportation will be performed by two aircrafts – Tupolev TU204-300 and Airbus A320.
