Flood Time on the Amur River

According to information of Khabarovsk Hydrometeorology Forecast Centre the Amur River level has recently reduced by 14 centimeters and reached 4, 61 meters on August, 5.
During the forthcoming 2 days the reduction is expected by 25-30 cm. High water in the river has come, it flowed out of its channel and flooded numerous lowlands, islands and spits. But the city of Khabarovsk located uphill is perfectly out of flood damage.
On August, 1 the water level reached its peak of 5,05 meters – the highest within the last 15 years. The water will gradually go down, but still remain high in August.
