According to the news agency “Vostok-Media”, from February 24 to March 1, the Ministry of Culture of the Khabarovsk Territory will conduct a theatre festival as part of the Annual Theatre Arts Contest. Territorial music , drama , young spectator’s and puppet theatres, municipal pantomime theatre “Triada”and the best theatre groups from Komsomolsk-na-Amure are expected to participate in the event. Last year 27 new plays were staged by theatre companies of the region and the best will be presented for viewing to the jury of the festival. The award-giving ceremony will take place in Khabarovsk Territorial Official Reception House on March 23.
