As the Russian Information Agency “News” reports Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed a decree which allows foreigners who come to the sea ports by cruise and ferry boats , stay on the Russia’s territory up to three days (or 72 hours) without getting a Russian visa. This decree will contribute to the considerable increase of tourists visiting port cities.
